Hello everybody. This is my 100th post. So I decided to have a bloody big cake.
Then I thought, no. I thought, whoa there.
Instead, I shall have a modest cake.

Hey, since you are watching your figure, did you know you can make yummy cupcakes without using oil and eggs?
Yep, just use a can of diet soda (in lieu of the eggs and oil) per package of cake mix and bake them following the same directions that are on the box. Then frost the little treats with some low fat icing and voilà!
Now that's a modest cupcake!!
