Unfinished Business...

I've had literally no emails asking me about the answer to the last Bookscan competition back in June, so here, due to a total and utter lack of popular demand is the answer that no one has been waiting for. You ready? Drum roll. Tadaaaaaa...

So there you go. And what a cover. Just look at that naughty man striking Ali in the midriff whilst he ogles his Johnson. Ali can't believe it. He's like, 'Whoa, dude. Eyes off little Mohammed!' Funny old boxers.

Right, that's it. I'm really off this time, and if anyone's interested, apparently I'm on GMTV twice tomorrow - once at 6.45, and once at 8-something. Also, there is going to be a psychologist on there with me, talking psycho-babble. I hope it's Raj Persaud. The big plagiarist.

So, for now, once more, adieu.

...

STOP! I got confused.

We've already done Ali. This is the answer to the last Bookscan. Wait for it. Drum roll...

Silly me.

Thanks, Boob Pencil. I thought you'd traded yourself in?

Haha, that's funny. I was just thinking about posting a comment asking what happened to the last bookscan...

But surely you already told us the answer to the boxing one? The one we don't know the anser to (and which I was just wondering about) is the one which looked like it might be 1930s postcards or something like that?

I LOVE RAJ PERSAUD!

That is all.

Good luck!! xx

"I thought you'd traded yourself in?"

Oh! I did. Then I used this account briefly and obviously accidentally left it logged in. Thanks for pointing it out...

And am feeling a glow of vague sort of half-satisfaction for having kind-of vaguely ish guessed the last bookscan. Well. I got "cards" right, at any rate...

I'm thinking of getting up early just to watch you. But I think one of my lungs might pop if I do.

GMTV!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is Lorraine Kelly still on? I've always thought she might quite like it up the bum. Do you reckon the show's researchers will be reading?

GMTV? Will you be appearing with a paper bag over your head? Will it be available online for those of us outside the UK?

Blimey, Bete. All this media whoring is paying off. Amazon only had 3 copies of BdJTIAoAUM left tonight. Hope they can cope with the rush after you've been on GMTV tomorrow a la sac.

I have just finished watching Mr Cattermole's interview on GMTV and as I was unable to see his eyes was unable to connect with him and see if he really is as ugly as he says he is
Surely beauty is in the eye of the beholder and anyway beauty is only skin deep it is what is inside that really counts

I loved the way you were misquoted again - the sheer panic in your voice "When did I say that?" haha. Looking pretty fit I must say.

will it be on youtube 'cos I can't get telly here?

Dreamt about you last night. You were a skinny little bloke but wore loads and loads of layers of clothes, including a full length skirt bunched up to make yourself look fat...

Hello! I've only just discovered you (all thanks to GMTV). I enjoyed watching your interview, as I tucked into my cereal. Liked the fact you kept the bag on, with the one eye poking out, despite it quite evidently frustrating the psychologist. Great stuff. Since that morning, I have now checked out your blog (obviously)- amusing stuff! And you have even inspired me to write my own: so thanks for that. If all goes well, I might even buy your book! And all thanks to that GMTV interview (finally, all those mornings of watching Ben Shepherd's annoying little moon face has paid off!)

I thought you were fantastic as always. I don't think you will have an issue finding the lucky lady, that's right! she will be the lucky one! That's if you don't decide to jump the fence, and find the man um of your dreams! :)

Loved you on GMTV,you left a lot to the imagination. The bag was quite a humerous touch, you brought to focus that society should get to know the person first before making judgement. I think maybe it wouldn't be too bad of an idea if when speed dating, everyone should wear a bag on their head, with a number, some possibly a target?

Well I'm off, to buy a big brown pair of contact lenses, apparently your favourite ;)I enjoy your writing to the point where i opted to stay in on a Sat night when all the youngins are living it up. Your an entertainer of writing,& a natural at that! Thanks so much!

Remember good things are worth the wait, you'll find your special other half very soon i'm sure of it!

p.s. have you hunted down Wellington yet? :)
